Community Stabilization
Our Community Stabilization service supports individuals who are experiencing an acute mental health need and require immediate, short-term intervention to remain safely in the community. This service is designed to prevent unnecessary hospitalization, reduce crisis recurrence, and help individuals regain stability through focused therapeutic support.
We work closely with the individual, family, and other care partners to create a plan that promotes safety, continuity, and recovery.
